You are unable to find a video from your computer that should be there? First, check the computer’s Recycle Bin. If you found your file, you can recover it to the same location where it was before. If you couldn’t find your video, stop using the computer immediately or remove the storage device from the computer!

A video doesn’t instantly disappear from the computer after deleting, but it is overwritten with new data during further use. This means that the less activity there is after losing or deleting your video, the greater the chance of recovering it.

    How do we recover deleted or lost videos at Netiabi Computer Repair Shop?

    Problem description from the customer

    First, we would like to receive your description of where did you last see and use your lost video files.The information you have provided will become our guideline on how to approach the search for your videos.

    Diagnostics

    We will identify which of the deleted or lost videos can be recovered. Diagnostics usually takes 1-5 days. We will then provide a list of files that can be recovered and information on the price range as well as how much work is required. Storage device diagnostics is free of charge!

    Customer’s decision to recover data

    If our offer is suitable and you have found the lost video file (or another file) that you would like to recover from the list provided then with your approval we can start the work.

    Data recovery

    We recover videos and data from different damaged storage devices, all operating systems and computers. If we are unable to recover your data, we will not charge you for the service!
